Health is not a myth; it's a truth as intense as the day. I discover it unfortunate sometimes when my friends, individuals in their 20s, experience tiredness and uneasiness. They appear to be under the impression that to embody that 'Image of Health' will need herculean effort on their parts, something they do not have energy for, to begin with.
